This is my fourth time speaking at WordCamp Birmingham (my home town). The community here is fantastic, supportive and a lot of fun. Back in 2009 when I attended my first WordCamp, only two of us in attendance earned a full time living from WordPress. Now that number is certainly several dozen or more just in this area. It’s been exciting to see the community grow over the years and benefit so many people.

WordCamp Birmingham is scheduled for October 21 and 22 (Saturday and Sunday) and tickets are still available. Come on and join the fun!
